We’re sorry to say we’ve been have problems sending orders into the EU just lately with parcels coming back having been rejected by customs. We’re trying to sort this out and will post an update as soon as possible. In the meantime we’re refunding all orders that get returned. Just for the moment we won’t be able to supply customers in the EU until we find a solution. Sorry for any inconvenience.

For the time being, at least, we’re afraid we can’t send hessian on it’s own outside the UK as international shipping costs are now higher than than the value of the hessian. We hope this isn’t a problem for anyone.
