We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Delivery times
We send all website orders the same, or next, working day. We usually send by Royal Mail 1st class, within UK, or International Standard [airmail]. Royal Mail deliveries are usually next day with the UK; about 3 days within the rest of Europe; about one week in the rest of the world [times may vary according to destination]. Heavier orders, within the UK, may be sent by carrier – usually Fedex or Parcelforce.

Cancellations
We will refund cancelled orders, including postage, at any point up until the order in question is actually sent.

Refunds
We will refund the purchase price of any goods returned in unused condition within 28 days of our despatch date.

Faulty goods
We will meet all our statutory obligations to repair or replace faulty goods supplied by us or offer a refund. In addition to this we will repair or replace faulty goods supplied by us at any time provided they haven’t been mis-used.
